You can assign minimum and maximum volume levels to each stock item:

1. Select **Maintain** under the main menu
2. Click on **Inventory** to display more choices
3. Select **Stock Levels**

4. Create a **new Stock Level** by selecting button on the toolbar or
5. Select the existing **Stock Level record** and click on button on the toolbar

6. In the Stock Level window you can specify stock volume levels for:

- Minimum amount
- Maximum amount
- Reorder amount

 Profile will notify the user each time the specified volumes will be exceeded.
