A Care Plan is a structure for multiple interventions which may include or be totally comprised of immunisations. For example, childhood immunizations, which are given over years according to regional schedules. Using a Care Plan lets you know when to remind patients to come in to receive immunisations. Completing an immunisation by creating a Care Plan means the immunisation being given will be filled in automatically depending on the Care Plan used. The following article will focus on how to monitor and manage immunisations in Care Plans. Open the patient's medical record. 2. Press **OK** to save the Care Plan ## View upcoming interventions with the Intervention List Once an immunisation Care Plan has been created, the associated immunisations will be created as upcoming Interventions.
