Some reference data can be imported directly into Profile from [MSP](javascript%3Ahhctrl.TextPopup\(popup9041,%20'Tahoma,8',10,10,10,10\)) via [Teleplan](javascript%3Ahhctrl.TextPopup\(popup9105,%20'Tahoma,8',10,10,10,10\)), as described in the procedure below. This may be required when some of the data has been changed, for example, e.g. service charges. 

This process also imports and stores the correct cutoff dates for each month's cycles.

At the time of writing, the files imported by the above process are:

- Diagnostic Facility Listing
- Medical Services Plan Service Codes
- Explanation Codes

More types of files may be added to the list in the future.

**Steps**

**1)** Go to Organisation / Import & Export / General Tab to Import, select MSP Reference Datafiles in the right window. Press Start button.

**2)** The window shown below will come up. Tick the Show Successes box if you want to view details of each line imported in the background, while importing. Read the note, then click Start.

**3)** A progress bar will appear, as indication of where the import process is at. 

On completion, a dialog will display a summary of the process, i.e. files imported, files not imported (for example, because there was no change).Note:
