# Overview & Requirements

This article is intended for Providers, System Administrators, and Developers who build forms and templates. It will cover how to import Form templates, Typing templates, and Document templates.

## Requirements

- Profile version 9.0.6 and above

# How to Use Profile Marketplace Integration

Profile has a integrated Marketplace functionality to search for and import Form templates, Typing templates, and Document templates that Profile hosts into Profile directly without needing to go through an external website.

## Importing Form Templates

Only CDO document templates can be found in the Marketplace. Requisition document templates are not available.

1. On Profile, go to **Maintain/Templates/Forms**
2. Click the **Find in Marketplace**

button in the toolbar. This will open up a list of all Form Templates available in the Marketplace filtered to the user's Country/Province

3. Find the form you wish to import into Profile or use the search bar. A preview of the form will appear on the right-hand panel.
4. Select the form you wish to import and click **Import**.
5. You will be presented with a confirmation pop-up to confirm importing the form template or cancel to go back to Profile Marketplace Forms window

6. If the form template selected was previously imported and when you try to import it again you will be presented with below pop-up to confirm importing the form template or cancel to go back to Profile Marketplace Forms window

7. Upon successful importing you will see the below confirmation pop-up

## Importing Typing Templates

1. On Profile, go to **Maintain/Templates/Typing Templates**
2. Click the **Find in Marketplace**

button in the toolbar. This will open up a list of all Typing Templates available in the Marketplace filtered to the user's Country/Province

3. Find the typing template you wish to import into Profile or use the search bar.
4. Select the typing template you wish to import and click **Import**.
5. You will be presented with a confirmation pop-up to confirm importing the typing template or cancel to go back to Profile Typing templates window

6.  If the typing template selected was previously imported and when you try to import it again you will be presented with below pop-up to confirm importing the typing template or cancel to go back to Profile Marketplace Typing templates window

7. Upon successful importing you will see the below confirmation pop-up

## Importing Document Templates

1. On Profile, go to **Maintain/Templates/Documents**
2. Click the **Find in Marketplace**

button in the toolbar. This will open up a list of all CDO Document Templates available in the Marketplace filtered to the user's Country/Province.

3. Find the document you wish to import into Profile or use the search bar. A preview of the form will appear on the right-hand panel.
4. Select the document you wish to import and click **Import**.
5. You will be presented with a confirmation pop-up to confirm importing the document template or cancel to go back to Profile Marketplace Document templates window

6. Upon successful importing you will see the below confirmation pop-up
