The following article will focus on how to create an appointment rule in relation to Profile's Online Booking solution. # Set Appointment Rules for Online Booking :::::WorkflowBlock :::WorkflowBlockItem Go to **Maintain / Appointments / Rules** ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem The **Appointment Rules** window will appear. In order for the Telemedicine option to appear, they must also complete the following additional steps: 1. Go to **Ogranisation** / **People & Places** 2. Double click on the provider that you wish to allow or **Telemedicine**. 3. In the **Provider** window open the** Internet** view. 4. Select the **Allow Telemedicine Appointments** checkbox. 5. Click **Apply **and **OK** to complete the process. Select the **Allow Online Booking **check box if the intention is to have the rule be displayed on the Online Booking solution.  - **All Profiles** option (used if this rule is meant to apply to all of the OnTheGo profiles.) - **Limited Profiles** (This option has not been implemented yet.
