This article will cover the process around receiving Profile eReferrals powered by Ocean. It will focus on the following topics:

## Requirements

- Profile Version 9.0.8
- [An Ocean user account](https://help.intrahealth.com/en/support/solutions/articles/6000273917)
- [Configuration Process](docId\:yacoX5nLM1WVDt-vSvlFQ) Completed
- Intrahealth needs to enable this functionality in your environment. Please contact Intrahealth to help with the setup.

Receiving eReferrals

## Accepting eReferrals

There are two ways to accept eReferrals. Via the Ocean dashboard and via Profile. 

### Via Ocean dashboard

**Note:** Currently the Decline functionality has not been implemented.

### Via Profile

Go to **Work Center / Referrals**

1. In the **View** dropdown, select** All Referrals**.
2. Select the referral that is received and double click to open it.

3. Validate the information received in all of the General, Referral letters (if any included), and Attachments (if attached) tabs

4. To accept the referral, change the **Decision** to **Accepted**, **Status** to **Closed** and select the **Appointment** button to schedule an appointment

      5. Click on **Save** or **Save & Close** to save the details.

      6. **Decision**,** Status** and** Appointment** details are sent back to the Sender
