# Overview & Requirements

Profile has the ability to integrate with the Cortico online booking platform as of version 9.0.12.2 This article covers the configuration process for Cortico Online Booking in Profile.  It is intended for System Administrators and/or technical users.

## Requirements

- Licensing agreement with Cortico
- Licensing agreement with Profile
- Available only in Profile versions 9.0.12.2 +

# Configuration

## Enabling Cortico in Profile

1. Go to **Organisation**/**Preferences**/**Setup**/**eMessages**
2. Drag **Cortico **from the **Available Services** column to the **Installed Services** column.

3. The **Cortico Properties **pop-up window will appear. Take note of the the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** details as they are necessary for **Cortico** to connect to Profile.
4. Select **OK**.

5. **Cortico** should now be in the **Installed Services** list.
