whenever the ereferral is updated, sent, or completed (accepted or declined) submission settings typically, you should not enable the checkbox in this section, since it can be useful if referrers are able to include attachments however, this depends on the needs of your clinic permissions typically, you should enable all of these permissions for most of them, whether or not they are enabled depends on the needs of your clinic important the following api behaviour checkbox must be checked if this api behaviour checkbox is not checked, then if there is an update for the ereferral, the update is not received in profile therefore, this checkbox has to be checked at all times because ocean uses the smart app launch industry standard to support single sign on (sso) and patient contextual launch from an ems, all ems servers that would like to use a smart launch into ocean must be privately allowlisted by oceanmd administrators in order for ocean to be able to do this, send the following values to the ocean support email ( support\@oceanmd com mailto\ support\@oceanmd com ) so that they can create the allowlist entry for your launch system the server url client id authorization endpoint token endpoint token issuer url consult the allowlisting section of the ocean smart app launch overview https //support cognisantmd com/hc/en us/articles/360057458272 ocean
