**Problem**
Users are unable to login to Profile on multiple machines.

**Solution**
This is controlled in Profile by a global preference.
Adjusting this option will either allow this functionality, or prevent it.
Log into Profile with a login that has admin rights
Go to Organisation \ Preferences \ Security (Global)
Change the setting for Handle multiple log-ins by to Doing nothing
