How to Add a Provider to a Provider Group

to add a provider to a provider group, please complete the following steps go to organisation / people & places find the provider you would like to be a part of a particular provider group double click on the chosen provider select the member of view from the provider window that opened click on the add button, located near the bottom right of the view click on the type drop down arrow and choose the relevant option from the list provided select the relevant provider group and click ok the provider group should now appear in the provider groups field in the member of view select apply and ok to ensure the process is complete the provider should now be a part of the chosen provider group
