## Appointments

### Can I schedule an appointment while accepting the eReferral in Ocean dashboard and will an appointment be booked in Profile?

No. If an appointment is booked in Ocean dashboard it will not create an appointment in Profile.

### Can I schedule an appointment while accepting the eReferral in Profile and will the sender receive the appointment information?

Yes. Sender will receive the appointment information when an appointment is booked through Inward eReferral window.

### Can I modify an appointment after accepting the eReferral in Profile and will the sender receive the appointment information?

Yes. If an appointment is modified in the Inward referral window the Sender will receive the modified appointment details.

## Sending Messages

### Can I send messages from Sender to Receiver or other way round using the messages feature in Ocean?

Yes. You can send messages from the Ocean MD portal, and these messages can be viewed in Profile in the PDF attachment of the referral.

## Additional Details

### Can I Decline an inward eReferral in Profile or through Ocean dashboard?

No. This functionality is not available at this time.

### Can I change an inward eReferral status from accepted to declined?

No. This functionality is not available at this time.

### Is Ocean eReferrals available in French?

No. This functionality is not available at this time.
