# Frequently Asked Questions

## What Profile version is required?

Profile 9.0.1 and above is required.

## Can we use Nexus AI™ with a headset?

## How long do the sessions last?

Nexus AI allows for 2-hour sessions. The encounter will stop after the 2-hour limit, and a new encounter must be started. Both sessions will be separate, but users can add notes from the previous session to the scratchpad.

## What languages are supported?

Nexus AI supports 32 languages, with French (FR) included. Based on tier package, the user is able to select up to four languages at a time.

## Where is the data stored?

The Nexus AI data is stored in Ontario (ON).

## Do patients need to provide consent?

Nexus AI relies on the provider to receive verbal consent from patients before transcribing and summarising notes.

## Is Nexus AI™ available offline?

No. Nexus AI requires an active internet connection to function.

## Is Nexus AI™ the only vendor for AI Scribe?

No. Profile supports other AI vendors as well. For more information on available vendors, please contact your Customer Success Manager. The other vendors we support are: Tali, Stream AI, and Intellitek.
