Yes. You can create custom frequencies by adding them to the CDO frequencies list. ### To create a custom frequency: 1. Yes. You can annotate a medication directly from the **MedChart **view. ### To add a note: 1. From the **MedChart **view, select the medication to highlight it. 2. In the right panel, under the **Encounters** tab, right-click above the order text. 3. Yes. You can use the **Flag Tag **feature to identify medications that require further review or were ordered under urgency. ### To flag a medication: 1. Select the medication and right-click to open the menu. 2. Yes. You can view the administration record without leaving the MedChart window. ### To check administration status: 1. Select the medication you wish to review. 2.
