Changes have been made to the display of Excelleris Laboratory results in Profile 8.8.5 to meet the QA Conformance Package for the Fraser Health Authority Meditech Expanse upgrade

A summary of the changes are listed below:

The **Request Status **field has been changed to **Report Status**, and the options for this field have been replaced with full status names instead of letters

- F=Final
- A=Partial 
- I=Pending  
- P=Preliminary
- C=Corrected

**Test Name** and **Result **values display status if they are not final (if Results are **Pending**, **Preliminary **or **Corrected**)

Fixed the issue where the patient header would be missing on the display of result type **Documents/Admission and Discharge**.

Microbiology Reports will display the numerical Observation SUB ID next to each result matching the organism ID to the corresponding culture observations numerical ID.

Abnormal flag values will be displayed as received in the Excelleris message regardless of **Preferences/General/Import/Set Results/Abnormal Flags Display** preferences. E.g.: CRIT will display as CRIT regardless of display preferences.

The** Observation date/time** field is now displayed above the **Reported on** date/time field for each test.

Unit values will no longer be altered (capitalized) and will display exactly as received in the Excelleris message. E.g:  Messages received with the value mmol/L will display as that and not mmol/l.

Fixed an error where Results were not displaying under the **Result** column.

Notification and Medical imaging reports will display full width in the report instead of in the test/result table.

The hospital name has been added to the **Reported by **section of each report.
