Appointments can be enabled for online booking for a provider using the existing Appointment Rules

# Information

1. Go to **Maintain/Appointment/Rules**
2. On the appointment rule for the appointments you wish to enable online booking for, double-click or select

3. Tick the box under **Allow Online Booking **

4. Press

## Limited Profiles

The **Limited Profiles** option allows you to limit online booking to patients with specific OnTheGo Profiles. Selecting the

 button next to Limited Profiles will open up the list of OnTheGo Profile types registered in the system.
