# Email in Profile 

Profile’s integrated Email functionality makes it easy to communicate with patients and third parties without leaving the platform. Both clinical and administrative workflows are supported.

Use Email to securely send: 

- Appointment reminders and follow-ups 
- Invoices and medical consent forms 
- Requisition forms, links to pathology results and more 

Emails can be sent to individuals or groups, with or without attachments.

In addition, a set of configurable email templates for frequently sent email types makes email composition easier than ever.
