This article is intended for all users wanting to know how to edit patient information in hCare.

# Information

1. From the Provider Home, under **Patients**, select the patient you wish to edit. This opens the Patient Home for that patient.
2. On the sidebar on the left-hand side, go to **Personal Info **

to open the patient profile information.

3. Tap **Edit **on the top-right corner
4. Edit any information in the fields provided.

5. Tap **Save** on the top-right corner to save changes
