To delete a patient’s existing appointment history, complete the following steps:

Click **Alter Patient **from the toolbar or click the **Patient** tab then select **Alter Patient**.

- The Select Patient screen appears where you can select the patient.

Select the patient from the list and click **OK**.

- You can also enter the patient's last name and first name in the top box and click **Search**.

Click **OK**. 

- The patient record appears.

Select **Bookings** from the left-hand navigation menu.

Select the appointment you want to delete by clicking on it once.

Click **Delete **from the toolbar.
