Users are encouraged to transition to the **web versions** for continued access. **Key Details:** -A persistent deprecation notice will appear on every app launch, informing users of the transition. -The web versions are optimised for all devices, **offering enhanced features, better security, and a seamless user experience.** -During the transition period, users can still access app features after acknowledging the notice. -Post-deprecation, the app will display a message directing users to the web version, with a customer-friendly link (e.g., "Health Connect" or "Provider Direct") to the web portal. **Action Required:** -Users should begin transitioning to the web version to ensure uninterrupted access to their accounts. ::: # Overview The following article focuses on how to customise preferences for Accession, Health Connect, and Online Booking in Profile using OnTheGoProfiles. This is intended for system administrators.  # Health Connect Requirements - Portal Installation:  - Ensure that portals are correctly installed within the Profile build. Ensure that web servers are correctly configured. Ensure all Rules specified in the technical installation guide is configured correctly. Please reach out to Support if you have any questions regarding this step.  - Version Compatibility: - Version 9 and above: Supports the portal (Patient Portal) - Version 10.1 and above: Supports the rebranded portal (Health Connect) - Version Alignment: - Profile version 9 grants access to version 9 of portal - Profile version 10.0.2 grants access to version 10.0.2 of portal :::hint{type="info"} **Note: **Any Profile field names or views that reference "Profile Patient Portal" pertain to and support the functionality of the Health Connect and Accession portals. ::: # OnTheGo Profiles Preferences regarding the functionality of the Accession and Health Connect can be customised within Profile. This can be done by creating and using multiple OnTheGo Profiles.  An OnTheGo Profile is a set list of preference settings. OnTheGo Profiles can be used to apply to all patients, certain groups of patients, or to an individual patient.  ## Create a new OnTheGo Profile 1. A new window will open. Find the appropriate item in the **Value** column needing to be altered. Click on the item and a drop-down list will appear. Choose **Yes** or **No**. 4. The settings for this OnTheGo Profile are complete. ## Choose the OnTheGo Profile that the healthcare organisation will use as the default 1. Click on the **Profile** drop-down list to select the appropriate OnTheGo Profile that will act as the default list of preference settings for Accession and Health Connect.  2. Go to ** Patient / Alter Patient** from the main menu.  2. Find and click on the name of the patient and click **OK**. 4. Select **Internet** in the Alter Patient window. 5. Select the appropriate **OnTheGo Profile,** for the patient, in the drop-down list and click **Apply**. Select **Organisation** / **Preferences** / **Profile Patient Portal** 2. The settings for this OnTheGo Profile are finalised.  :::hint{type="info"} **Note: **With version 9.0, the** **majority of the Appointment preference properties were moved to **Organisation/Preferences/Patient Online Booking**.
