"Double-booking" is booking two appointments for the same provider and the same time-slot.

To create a double-booking, complete the following steps:

Click **Alter Patient **from the toolbar or click the **Patient** tab then select **Alter Patient**.

- The Select Patient screen appears where you can select the patient.

Select the patient from the list and click **OK**.

- You can also enter the patient's last name and first name in the top box and click **Search**.

Click **OK**.

- The patient record appears.

Click **Bookings** on the menu on the right.

Right-click on an appointment cell and select **Double Book**.

- The two appointments will appear side-by-side on the appointment screen.
