Observations commonly entered in clinical notes such as height, weight, and blood pressure are recognized as clinical observations and stored in the contact as blue underlined text.

The following measures can be entered as inline editing. Example values are used for demonstration purposes.

### Important Hints

1. The output needs to be blue and underlined to have Profile use these measures in applicable areas of the program.
2. You may enter a measure as lbs and inches. Profile will convert these into cm and kg. When entering using lbs or inches use this format: Eg. ht lb, wt in
3. Always use a space between the measure name and the value. E.g. temp(measure name) 37(value)
4. Use either the \[**Space Bar**] or the \[**Enter**] key after the observation to initiate the inline editing (to make it blue and underlined).
