--- title: Changes to Unsigned Transactions and Results UI slug: portal-sub/changes-to-unsigned-transactions-and-results-ui docTags: createdAt: 2026-03-04T12:03:22.711Z --- In the case that a transaction of a Result will require several copies to be made for different providers to sign, Profile has a feature to be able to create copies of a Transaction to be given to different providers. If a Profile EMR Provider has high level permissions they are able to choose which copies to sign. # Automatic Copies to Copies can be found in the **Work Centre/Unsigned Transactions **view under the **Copies** panel. :::hint{type="info"} **Note: **The **Copies **panel can be configured to display below or to the right of the unsigned result. Add a new transaction for a patient 2. Once the transaction has been added, go to **Work Centre/Unsigned Trans **and select the transaction you wish to make a copy of 3. In the **Unsigned Transactions **toolbar, press the **Copy To** button to create a copy. When all providers have been added, press **OK **to finish. ## Signing a copy of a Transaction 1. Go to **Work Centre/Work/Unsigned Transactions ** 2. In the **Assigned** dropdown menu, choose the provider allocated to the copy. 3. Select the Transaction with multiple copies you wish to sign and select **Sign** If multiple results are included in a single transaction, signing the record will cause a window to appear to confirm that each result in the transaction will be signed.  It is possible to select multiple Results in the Unsigned Transaction menu to sign at once. ![](https://api.qa.archbee.co/api/optimize/zICxj0dnLereb6UUrBA3-/C0YWyBjY21JqBElMTipgL_dck7wc8y-wkky0dwgjbwvwhuoihfoaf5qw.png)
