This article is intended for users looking to know how to view Care Plans for a patient in hCare.

# Information

Care Plans created in Profile can be viewed and assigned to Encounters in hCare. They cannot be edited using hCare.

Care Plans can be found under **Care Plans **on the sidebar of Patient Home.
