## Problem

 Would like to book an appointment for a future date without switching windows.

Solution



- Open **Work Centre**
- Select the** Appointments **segment on the left-hand side menu

- Click the **Show/Hide Quick Search** panel button to open the quick search panel

- The **Search Appointments** panel will appear within the window (as shown below)
- Select the dates of **from/to**
- Enter the **Provider**
- Select **Free slots** from the drop-down list
- Click the **Search** button

- The available appointments will display in the right-side panel

- Double click on the appropriate appointment time and complete the required fields 
- Click the **Apply** button to save your changes and keep the window open or the **Ok** button to save and close
