To book an appointment from the Intervention List, complete the following steps:

Click **Clinical** in the Work Centre. DOES USER HAVE TO BE IN THE PATIENT'S MEDICAL RECORD?

Click **Intervention List**.

- The Intervention List appears.

Click **Search**.

Enter search criteria:

- Enter the date range in the **Date from/to **field.

- Enter the POS and provider in the **POS/Provider** field.

- Enter the type of appointment in the **Type/reason** field.

- Select **Free slots**.

Click **Search**.

Select the patient you want to book the appointment for and drag and drop to the desired appointment slot.

- The patient’s name appears in the Appointment slot and the Intervention Activity panel will be updated.

Click **Search **to close the Search Appointment panel.

- The new appointment is not linked to the intervention.
