This article is intended for users looking to know how to annotate or sign patient results using HCare.

# Information

hCare has the ability to allow a provider to view, annotate or sign a patient's results that were uploaded using Profile.

## Viewing Results

1. Tap on the patient's icon on Provider Home to get to the Patient Home screen.
2. On the sidebar on the left-hand side, tap **Results **

3. Tap on the Result you wish to look at.

## Annotating Results

1. At the Result you wish to annotate, tap the **Annotate **button

2. On the **Action **field, choose **Annotate **to annotate the result, and **Annotate and Task **to assign the result as a Task.Enter the text of the annotation in the **Annotate **field
3. Tap **Save **on the top-right corner to save the annotation.

If choosing **Annotate and Task**, the task must be assigned to a user in the **Hold** field that appears to continue.

## Signing Results

1. At the Result you wish to annotate, tap the **Sign **button
2. A message will display showing the result has been signed and moved to the Recent list. Tap **GOT IT** on the bottom of the screen to remove this message.
