this article is intended for any user wanting to add a new patient profile into hcare workflow tap the quick items (+) button on the bottom right corner of the screen and select new patient to open the new patient screen fill out the relevant fields in the new patient screen the first name , last name and date of birth fields are required to save the patient record tap save on the top right corner of the screen to save the patient profile
