Add problems

to add coded problems, complete the following steps open the clinical details window for the patient is it view or window? click the problem s tab click add the problem screen appears note if you click the arrow beside the add icon, you can select diagnosis, procedure or social/risk as specific problem type enter a code by typing the icd 9 number or part of the name note if you enter part of the code name, a list of possible matches appears select the appropriate code from the list enter other required details click ok to save
