Add an intervention (Physician)

you can use interventions to manage and track planned follow up visits for patients these may be single visits or a series of visits such as annual physicals or cervical smears to add an intervention as a physician, complete the following steps while in the new encounter view, click care plans click the new intervention icon the intervention screen appears enter the date for the next visit in the intervention field enter the reason for the intervention in the reason field set the frequency and duration if required click the repeat drop down and select the frequency enter the value in the field beside the frequency enter end date in the until field click ok to save
