Add a new patient

a new patient can be added in several ways create a new patient in one of several ways click the new patient button from the main toolbar go to patient/new patient press ctrl + n fill in the relevant fields click apply to save the patient record note the last name, first names and dob fields must be filled in at minimum for the patient record to be saved
