Since May 2015 and the delivery of the eACC45, Profile v3.2 has supported the “HISO” EForms electronic submission system provided by Healthlink. Through this system, a range of EForms (mainly eReferrals) are available. Some EForms are regional (eg. CareConnect), and some such as the WINZ form and St John Ambulance form are available to clinics throughout New Zealand.
