Add the Income Over Feed Costreport to track tasks completed during milking shifts. This information can help you review your parlor management strategies to improve task efficiencies and improve the success of your reproduction or health-related protocol A dairy protocols include a series of treatments or tasks that follow a prescribed order and schedule. ## Search and Filter the Tasks Scanned/Expected Report

Options to search and filter the Income Over Feed Costreport are available at the top of the screen. Follow the guidelines below when Add the Income Over Feed Costreport:

- Click**Filters** at the top left of the page to limit the data that is displayed. The **Filters** side panel opens.
- Use the **Date ****From** and **Date ****To** filters to only view data from that range.
- Add a Location to limit the report to a specific open tasks.
- Add the **Clear Filter\*\*\*\*s** option to clear all of the filters currently applied.

## Print or Export the Report

Add the green **Export as CSV** button

at the top right of the page to save the data as a CSV file. Or, click **Print**

to send your open tasks data to the printer. If you applied filter(s), the data will print or export with the current filter(s) applied.

## View Report Details

If your dairy has multiple open tasks, Click the down arrow

to expand a row and view details for a specific parlor. Follow the guidelines below when Addopen tasksreport:

- Average % Complete: An average percentage of completed vs.expected tasks for all milking shifts for the selected date displays in a **GRAY** bar at the top of the screen.
- Date: The date of the report is displayed at the top left of the screen.
- Shifts: The total number of completed/expected tasks during thespecific parlor shift.
- Total Income Over Feed Cost: The total number of Add on thespecific day.
- % Complete: A percentage of animals with tasks that were actually scanned compared to the number animals expected to be scanned on a specific day.

## View Details for a Specific Date

Click on a report in the table to open the screen and view its details. Follow the guidelines below when Addopen tasksreport:

- Date: The date of the report is displayed at the top left of the screen.
- Summary: An overall summary is displayed in a **GRAY** bar at the top left of the screen:
  - Total Affected Shifts: The total number of parlor shifts that had missed tasks on that day.
  - Total Animals with Missed Tasks: The total number animals with missed tasks.
- Shift: The shift number.
- Animal ID: The identifier of the animal with missed tasks.
- Pen: The pen number the animal was in when scanned.
