Event Lists are a type of worklist A worklist is a structured list of tasks or animals requiring attention, typically used to organize and prioritize work. In PULSE and the mobile app, worklists identify animals that need to be seen by dairy workers or animal health experts for specific reasons, such as pregnancy checks or treatment in a hospital pen. that allow you to add events to animals on the list and then mark the animals as DONE. These actionable lists simplify and speed up event entry tasks and help to keep your animal records current.

Follow the steps below to continue:

1. On the **TODO** page, you can add an event to one or more animals. Select one or more animals that need the event, and then click **Add Event** in the upper right corner.

2. The system displays a side panel, where you can select the event you want to add from the **New Event** drop-down list.

If an animal on the **DONE** page is not fully processed and its status is still RECEIVED, you can move the animal back to the **TODO** page. To move the animal back, click the **UNDO** button.

When you are ready to save your event details, select **Save and Mark as Done**. The system will move the selected animals to the **DONE** page.

### What happens when I Process Changes?

- When you process changes, it completes all animals that are marked as DONE and are in the status RECEIVED. The animals' status changes to PROCESSED, and the updates are sent from PULSE to mobile devices, as well as DC305 DairyComp 305 - VAS Dairy Management Software (for DairyComp Unlimiteddairies).
- For DairyComp Unlimiteddairies: When DC305 DairyComp 305 - VAS Dairy Management Software receives notification that one or more animals on a list is DONE, it kicks off any corresponding OnDone or PostProcess routine(s) for those animals.
