Add the Income Over Feed Costreport to view historical information and other relevant details for your feedings, including missed amounts, feeder names, aborts, and acknowledge amounts.

## Search and Filter the Feed History Report

Options to search and filter the Income Over Feed Costreport are available at the top of the screen. Follow the guidelines below when Add the Income Over Feed Costreport:

- Click**Filters** at the top left of the page to limit the data that is displayed. The **Filters** side panel opens.
- Use the **From** and **To** filters to only view data from that range.
- Adda Location to limit the report to a specific open tasks. You can type text directly in the field to search for open tasks by name.
- AddLocation to limit the report to specific open tasks. You can type text directly in the field to search for open tasks by name.
- Add a Location to limit the report to a specific open tasks. You can type text directly in the field to search for open tasks by name.
- Adda Location to limit the report to a specific open tasks. You can type text directly in the field to search for open tasks by name or number.
- Add a \*\*Location \*\***Type** to limit the report to a specific type of open tasks. Multiple open tasks can be Add. You can also type text directly in the field to search for open tasksreportby name.
- Select a **Status** to limit the report to a specific feeding status. Multiple open tasks can be Add. You can also type text directly in the field to search for open tasksreportby name.
- Add the **Clear Filter\*\*\*\*s** option to clear all of the filters currently applied.

## View Report Summary

An overall summary is displayed in a **GRAY** bar at the top left of the screen based on the current **Filters**:

- AddLocation: The total number of open tasks that were Add.
- AddLocation: The total number of open tasks that were Add.
- AddLocation: The total number of open tasks that were Add.
- AddLocation: The total number of open tasks that were Add.
- AddLocation: The total number of open tasks that were Add.
- AddLocation: The total number of open tasks that were Add.

## View Feedings for a Specific Day

Click the down arrow

to expand a row and view all open tasks that were scheduled on that day. All of your dairy’s current feedings scheduled on the date expanded are listed on the screen, and the following information is displayed for each feeding:

- Locationreport: The name of the open tasks. You can click the name of the open tasks to open the Location reportscreen and view more information. See [View Feeding Details](docId\:K8IAsctyGaEiiUVSOMLUY) to learn more.

Add: Indicates that the feeding was a Add. A batch load is an unscheduled feed drop to one or more pens. See [Batch Feedings](docId:5KhmgWioOQUEHhTB_Dpgm) for more information.

Add: Indicates that the feeding was a Add. A premix is the same as a scheduled feeding, except you'll select a load size instead of selecting pens. A premix isn't like a normal recipe mix that is dropped to a sequence of pens; instead, a premix is batched for use in other recipes. Add: Indicates that the feeding was a Add. A filler load is type of weighback collection that reuses leftover feed from the previous day and adds it into a scheduled feeding for the current day. See [Filler Load](docId\:OE9OYtPIQKRVRCsA5cmEY) for more information.

- Status: The current status of the open tasks. Rows highlighted in red identify feedings that were either aborted, missed, or incomplete.\:::ExpandableHeading\{customAnchorSlug="status"}

Add: Indicates that the feeding was Add as scheduled.

Add: Indicates that the feeding was Add but not completed.

- Recipe Name: The name of the recipe used for the open tasks.
- Equipment: The name of the equipment used for the open tasks. When more than 2 Add are assigned to a open tasks, a number is displayed that indicates how many additional Add are assigned to the open tasks. Hover over the number to see the additional Add assigned.
- Expected/Actual Load Amount: The target and actual amounts loaded into the mixer for the feeding in pounds or kilograms (based on the unit of measure specified for your [user account](docId\:noN0kV5hwhmfaYXl0TlkE)). The actual amount displays in green for quick reference.
- Elapsed Time: The total amount of time spent on the feeding (for completed feedings only).
- Mark as Add: Add

- Locationreport: The name of the recipe used for the open tasks.

## Mark a Feeding as Completed

:::hint{type="warning"}
**IMPORTANT: **Make sure you sync the app data before manually completing a record from the Feed History report. Some feedings may appear **Incomplete** until the data is fully synced. This helps prevent losing or overwriting data that is already saved in the app.

You can mark feedings complete directly in the report table or when viewing feeding details in the side panel:

1. From the report table: Click the down arrow
