Add the Income Over Feed Costreport to to Add by parlor, date, and shift. This information can help you review your management strategies to improve efficiencies for specific parlors, shifts, or pens.

## Search and Filter the Empty Stalls per Day Report

Options to search and filter the Income Over Feed Costreport are available at the top of the screen. Follow the guidelines below when Add the Income Over Feed Costreport:

- Click**Filters** at the top left of the page to limit the data that is displayed. The **Filters** side panel opens.
- Use the **Date ****From** and **Date ****To** filters to only view data from that range.
- Add a Location to limit the report to a specific open tasks.
- Add the **Clear Filter\*\*\*\*s** option to clear all of the filters currently applied.

## Print or Export the Report

Add the green **Export as CSV** button

at the top right of the page to save the data as a CSV file. Or, click **Print**

to send your open tasks data to the printer. If you applied filter(s), the data will print or export with the current filter(s) applied.

## View Report Details

Follow the guidelines below when Addopen tasksreport:

- Summary: An overall summary is displayed in a **GRAY** bar at the top left of the screen based on the current **Filters**.
- Date: The date of the report.
- Shifts: The total number of animals that entered the parlor during thespecific parlor shift. A column is displayed for each milking shift configured for your dairy. See [Configure Milking Shifts](docId\:jQDKhTWPyqFRoTPaTJOoL) to learn more.
- Total # of Empty Stalls: The total number of empty stalls recorded for all parlor shifts that occurred on the day.

## View Details for a Specific Date

Click on a report in the table to open the screen and view its details. Follow the guidelines below when Addopen tasksreport:

- Date: The date of the report is displayed at the top left of the screen.
- Summary: An overall summary is displayed in a **GRAY** bar at the top left of the screen:
  - Total Empty Stalls: The total number of empty stalls recorded for all parlor shifts that occurred on the day.
  - Avg. Empty Stalls per Shift: The average number of empty stalls recorded for all parlor shifts that occurred on the day.
- Shift: The shift number.
- Empty Stalls: The identifier of each parlor stall that was recorded empty during each shift on the day.
- Shift Total: The total number of parlor stalls recorded empty for each specific shift on the day.
